The historic harbor town of Porthleven is a mere 4-minute drive or a scenic 20-minute walk along the renowned South West Coast Path. This iconic trail, which passes by Antron Lodge, showcases some of Cornwall's finest coastal panoramas. Venture left out of the drive, and within 10 minutes, you'll find yourself at the pristine Praa Sands beach, with Penzance a further 10 minutes away. Alternatively, a right turn leads to Helston in just 3 minutes, Falmouth in 25 minutes, and Cornwall's capital city, Truro, in 40 minutes.

The accommodation also includes two double rooms with king-size beds, roof windows, and electric blinds. The open-plan living space features a modern electric fireplace, seamlessly connecting to the fully equipped kitchen.

The bar and entertainment room provide ample opportunities for leisure and enjoyment. Equipped with under-counter coolers, Denon surround sound, and multiple entertainment options including a championship pool table, darts area, table tennis, and games machines, guests can indulge in lively activities regardless of the weather.

Outside, La Casita offers parking for up to 10 cars, complete with an EV charger if needed. Guests can enjoy the sprawling acre of garden at the front, along with the astroturf courtyard garden at the entrance and the astroturf garden at the rear, which houses the swim spa and features an outside speaker linked to the bar's sound system.

Every room is equipped with televisions featuring satellite TV, and Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a welcome pack containing coffee, tea, and locally sourced Cornish produce.
